I really regret that so many US schools decided not to teach handwriting. Hasty decision without enough thought for the consequences. and I had no idea of the connection between handwriting and memory! Good story.

I am a writer but I also love hand lettering. I learned cursive growing up so adding cool pens to fun paper had me in two seconds. I taught my kids cursive too. I think it’s such a beautiful way to express yourself ♥️♥️

Very to the point, Elizabeth. We just received a thank-you note (that's a good thing for sure) from a recent high school graduate that was just about illegible. Lots of points for the thought involved, but ?????
