Millions of young people are away from home—boarding school, college, military, first job. They might not admit it, but they would love to hear from you. And including a little treat—food, a gift certificate, $$—will guarantee your note will be memorable!
Try to get their address from their parents (and you’ll earn their gratitude and affection, too. Who doesn’t appreciate someone who’s kind to their kids?). If you just use their name and the school’s address, a student should also get your note.
I’d love to hear who you decided to write to and why! I’ll be posting my own daily activities in my Substack NOTES and my Facebook group “The Art of the Heartspoken Note.”
